Team Liquid PH denied SRG.OG the chance to become repeat MSC champions, and brought the title back to the Philippines after a two-year drought.
Filipino Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) powerhouse Team Liquid PH claimed the championship of the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2025 after they defeated Malaysian rivals Selangor Red Giants OG (SRG.OG), 4-1, in the tournament’s best-of-seven grand finals on Saturday (2 August).
With their victory, Liquid PH claimed the grand prize of US$1 million, out of the tournament’s US$3 million prize pool. Not only did Liquid PH dash SRG.OG’s hopes of becoming the first-ever back-to-back MSC champions, they also reclaimed the MSC title for the Philippines after the scene’s most dominant country failed to secure the championship in the past two years.
